At giannidesignz, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Wrong Size Exception

We understand that sizing issues can occur. If you receive the wrong size due to an error on our part, we will gladly accept a return and provide you with the correct size.

To qualify for a size exchange:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• The wrong size must have been sent due to our error
